About Ross Hair Studio & Clinic

Ross Hair Studio & Clinic is a family run business located in Rathfarnham Dublin 14. Established in 1921, we have nearly 100 years of experience treating all kinds of hair loss problems. Our knowledge and expertise is second to none, and we pride ourselves on offering effective treatments, expert advice, and a kind, compassionate service.

Originally located on Grafton Street, Ross Hair Studio & Clinic had a hugely successful salon providing hair loss treatments as well as professional hair styling. In 2002, we moved to our current location in Rathfarnham where we now specialise in hair and scalp disorders and look after people suffering from traumatic hair loss. We still offer a full range of hairdressing services including cutting and colouring based on our many years of experience and excellence in these areas.

Helen Ross 

Director of Ross Hair Studio & Clinic

Helen’s grandfather, Jack established Ross Hair Studio & Clinic in 1921. Her father, Monty took over the business and worked well into his 70s. Helen entered the family business from school and has been running the company ever since.

In the late 70s, Helen began her training with Molton Brown, one of the world’s top hair salons in London before returning to Dublin to work in the family business. Once she had achieved a high level of expertise she took over the running of Ross Hair Studio & Clinic from her father and has been the director ever since.
